The future is scary with this technology that could mimic almost anyone and make them say whatever you want and potentially in any language.

There has to be regulations on this technology because the potential for abuse is very bad and only will get worse as the technology is used to insert into video of someone. Making people say things that they never did that is a potential that needs to be regulated.
